Acceptable stay with minor setbacks
odd bar hours midday closure
The sea lounge bar had odd hours. It closed for 90 minutes mid-day with just a "we'll be back shortly" sign.. not very professional. It felt rather silly that guests could not get water during this time, especially when it was quite hot. A bit more consistency in service would be nice.

helpful staff huge selection array dishes
i found the staff very helpful and friendly. breakfast offered a huge selection with english and mallorca's foods. i was able to eat an array of dishes and still control my health issues. i am already booked for 2026.

The hotel provides a sun area outside the front. It is perfect for relaxation. the terrace area allows guests to have a drink or a meal offering a most relaxing experience. The hotel is immaculate.

the room included comfortable beds and all necessities. the bathrooms have plentiful hot water and pressure ensuring great convenience. there were lots of hangers available, facilitating organization for an extended stay.

the breakfast area offered delicious options and majorcan specialties to sample. the extensive breakfast choice is a significant plus point that i really value. the hotel introduced a set menu in the evening.

excellent location super clean condition breakfast option attentive staff
This was my third time here and it continues to deliver quality. i always appreciate the excellent location and the super clean condition of the hotel. breakfast continues to be a highlight with good options. the staff are attentive and address every need. I look forward to my next visit.
the gym equipment showed slight wear, though it was still functional.

vast choice free prosecco odd hours better posting
The breakfast buffet included a vast choice of items. I was charmed by the free prosecco. The hotel also features reasonably priced food and drinks, and the service was AMAZING!!!
The hours at the sea lounge bar are rather odd. They need better posting. They closed for 90 minutes in the middle of the day. This was not convenient.

Fantastic Stay by the Sea!
super clean hotel attentive service wonderful choices simple exploring
I adored the cleanliness throughout the entire hotel! The service from every staff member was attentive. I mean amazing. Breakfast on the terrace presented wonderful choices. I appreciated the well-equipped bike storage. This made exploring the area simple.
The gym hours were a bit restricted, I think it closed too early in the evening.

The hotel is in a prime spot near the town square! Several very good restaurants are also close, giving guests many choices, it is really very convienient. Access to the seafront is quick, allowing lovely morning or evening strolls. The views were to die for!

The breakfast buffet includes various options, mostly with excellent flavors! Lunches and dinners are served on the terrace, and I liked the attentive, friendly service I got. They are very serious about dining here. The food service staff are attentive to your needs.

The pool is well maintained and decent-sized. The sunbeds are plentiful! The hotel offers a relaxing sun terrace where you can unwind all day long. They had a relaxing sun terrace and I took full advantage. There are lots of shops within walking distance!

charming stay
friendly staff bike hire relaxing views
I enjoyed the friendly staff and lovely breakfast. the hotel provided bikes for hire. It was only £19 a day including helmet. i found the sea views relaxing. The location was great for sunbathing and watching people.
the air conditioning could not be lowered below 22 degrees, so the room was quite warm at night.

The service stood out. The staff were friendly and always greeted me with a smile. efficient staff provided excellent service, especially during dining. I felt welcomed. the hard-working cleaners kept the hotel super clean.

Breakfast had lots of choice. It offered something for everyone! the restaurant used tablecloths and napkins. It added a touch of class. the bar snacks were tasty, and the drinks were flowing.
